An Elderslie, Renfrewshire native, Richard Madden is an actor known for his roles in films such as Game of Thrones and Cinderella. He is also a graduate of both Castlehead High School and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Madden starred as Robb Stark in HBO’s fantasy drama series Game of Thrones. He also appeared in the Channel 4 comedy-drama series Sirens. Afterward, he landed a recurring role in the BBC drama series Birdsong. During this time, he received his Screen Actors Guild (SAG) card for the miniseries Klondike.
Most noteworthy, Richard starred in the role of Prince Kit in the Cinderella film and a live-action rendition of the animated film of the same name. It is known that he reprised his role as Romeo in a West End production of Romeo and Juliet.
