John Bernier is an American meteorologist who has been working for WRIC TV since the year 1984. He has been their chief meteorologist since then. He is also the most experienced active member of the National Weather Association’s Certification of Television Weathercasting and an American Meteorological Society Certified Broadcast Meteorologist.
