Giuliana Rancic is a beautiful Italian-American entertainment reporter and TV personality. She is the co-anchor of E! News. Ms. Rancic has shared co-hosting responsibilities with Ryan Seacrest, Terrence J, and Jason Kennedy.
She began her career as a reporter for the E! network’s E! News in 2002 and rose to the position of anchor in 2005. She has co-hosted shows alongside Ryan Seacrest, Terrence J, and Jason Kennedy throughout the years.
She also co-hosts EFashion !’s Police and frequently co-hosts red-carpet events for award programs such as the Golden Globes and the Oscars. She developed and executive produced MTV’s Celebrity Rap Superstar, which debuted in 2007.

The couple began IVF in March 2010, and Rancic became pregnant in the spring of that year, but she miscarried at nine weeks. In November 2010, she underwent a second IVF transfer, however, the operation did not result in a pregnancy.
When the couple decided to pursue a third round of IVF, her doctor advised her to get a mammogram, which is how she discovered she had breast cancer. Despite her health, the couple was still determined to have a child, so they pursued egg retrieval and located a surrogate.

She underwent surgery in mid-October 2011 and returned to work at E! News about a week later. On December 5, 2011, Rancic disclosed she had decided to undergo a bilateral mastectomy.
