An Oxfordshire, United Kingdom native, Freya Allan is an actress known for starring as Princess Cirilla of Cintra in The Witcher. She is also a graduate of to Oxford’s Headington School and Arts University Bournemouth.
Allan starred in the first episode of the 2019 BBC drama The War of the Worlds as a minor character. The same year, she graced the front cover of Schön! magazine, which was celebrating its tenth anniversary. She also plays the role of Ciri in the Netflix original series The Witcher, with Henry Cavill and Anya Chalotra.
Freya was originally cast as a minor character in the first episode but was eventually recast as Ciri, a major character. She spent eight months in Budapest, Hungary, filming the first season of the show. Likewise, she appeared in The Witcher’s second season.
