Doug DeMuro is an American YouTuber, businessman, columnist, author, and writer. He is known for his love for cars and shares vlog entries of him reviewing various car models and features on his YouTube Channel.
Doug began his career at Porsche’s North American headquarters in Atlanta where he worked as a vehicle allocation manager. He also wrote articles on Autotrader.com. He quit his job in 2013, to focus on writing. He wrote for The Truth About Cars, PlaysWithCars, and Jalopnik in 2013.
He bought a 2006 Range Rover from CarMax in suburban Atlanta. He also obtained a six-year, 66,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty for the car for $3,900. He would use his car to produce series of videos on his channel more so when something happened to it.
He would buy interesting second-hand cars recommended by readers of Jalopnik and review them on his channel and wrote columns about them. He also has another YouTube channel “More Doug DeMuro” where he shares more diverse content.
