Atika Shubert is a CNN international journalist based in the United States. The American media figure works as a reporter for CNN International in Valencia, Spain. She is responsible for CNN’s coverage of Spain as well as the rest of Europe.

Shubert began her career as a producer for CNN in Jakarta, Indonesia, where she covered the collapse of Indonesian President Suharto in 1998, the liberation of East Timor in 1999, and the Bali bombings in 2002.
