Sean Hannity Biography

Sean Hannity is a well-known American talk show host and conservative political pundit. He now serves as the anchor of the nationally syndicated talk radio program The Sean Hannity Show and has been the host of the commentary show Hannity on Fox News since 2009.

Sean was born and brought up in the USA, by his mother Lillian  and his father Hugh Hannity. His father Hugh worked as a World War II soldier and family-court officer, his mother Lillian worked as a stenographer and a prison officer at a county jail. He was the only boy and the youngest of four children.  He attended both the St. Pius X Preparatory Seminary in Uniondale, New York, and the Sacred Heart Seminary in Hempstead, New York. He later attended the New York Campus and the Adelphi Campus, although he failed to complete either program.

After that, Sean visited WGST in Atlanta and WVNN in Athens, Alabama. He left WGST in 2011 and worked at WABC in New York until 2013. He started working for WOR in 2014. In 1996, Sean and Alan Colmes co-hosted the Fox program Hannity & Colmes. Sean combined the Hannity & Colmes program into Hannity after Colmes announced his separation from the show in January 2008. He has received a lot of accolades, including an honorary degree from Liberty University.

His pro-birth control stance has forced him to engage in live on-air debates with pro-life visitors like Rev. Thomas Euteneuer, the president of Human Life International, who has conservative political and social views. Sean claims that if the Catholic Church excommunicated him for his support of contraception, he would join Jerry Falwell’s Thomas Road Baptist Church.

Sean’s new Sunday night television show, Hannity’s America, began on Fox News in January 2007. As of November 2008, according to Alan, he quit Hannity & Colmes. On January 9, 2009, he substituted his own news program, Hannity, which has the same structure as Hannity’s America, for the program’s final broadcast.

Sean and Rhodes were married in 1998; they have two children together: a son named Patrick and a girl named Merri.

Since then, He has been seeing his coworker Ainsley Earhardt. Ainsley Earhardt has been broadcasting her Fox & Friends program from a remote studio in the basement of Sean’s Long Island estate over the COVID-19 epidemic. He and his wife Ainsley Earhardt arrived together in August 2019 as guests for a wedding at Trump National Golf Course in Colt’s Neck, NJ.

While en route to his radio show, Sean dictated a large portion of his two books, claiming he was too busy to write several books. Conservative Victory: Defeating Obama’s Radical Agenda, Sean’s third book, was released by HarperCollins in March 2010. This third book went on to become Sean’s third No. 1 bestseller. Live Free, his fourth book, was released.
