She got her start in broadcast journalism as an intern at WDSU and then hit the station’s airwaves as TimeSaver Traffic Reporter back in 2007. Randi soon added general assignment reporting to her mix of daily duties, and in 2009 became an anchor.

Randi still spends time on the streets as a reporter covering a range of topics from breaking news to the BP oil spill. Randi has made the city of New Orleans her home and enjoys playing tourist in the Crescent City.

She is from Ponchatoula, La., and a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, where she majored in mass communications with a minor in theater.
