Nicole Linsalata is an American journalist who currently works as a general assignment reporter at 7News WSVN since August 2005. She previously worked for  KIRO-TV, the CBS affiliate in Seattle.

The talented reporter Linsalata has been a recipient of both EMMY and the prestigious Edward R. Murrow award for her incredible story in Haiti ”Hope for Haiti in 2012”. The series shows the hurricane-ravaged island two years after a deadly earthquake hit just west of Port-au-Prince.

Before moving to Fort Lauderdale Area, Linsalata used to work for KIRO-TV, the CBS affiliate in Seattle, where she served as a general assignment reporter. Before that, she was responsible as a reporter and weekend anchor in Fort Myers at WZVN-TV, the ABC affiliate.

While at WZVN, Linsalata worked tirelessly and received the Florida Press Association Award for Overall Achievement.  Furthermore, she gave her best while working at WAGA-TV, covering hurricanes, the death of John F. Kennedy Jr., and the furious tornadoes in South Georgia. More so, Nicole has received an Emmy nomination for field reporting. while at WAGA.
