Nicole covered the Indianapolis 500, the NBA’s Indiana Pacers, the US Grand Prix, and the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts when she worked for WISH-TV.
For the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Radio Network, Nicole also provided reporting. She made her departure from WISH-TV known via The Indianapolis Star newspaper. On May 28, 2006, she left for Charlotte, North Carolina, to join Speed Channel.
The Speed Report, a Sunday motorsports program on Speed Channel, had Briscoe as its co-host. She took over for Connie LeGrand as host, and she did so for nearly two years before leaving in January 2008 to take over as anchor of the daily news program NASCAR Now on ESPN2.
