Megyn Kelly Biography

Megyn Kelly is an American journalist, political commentator, talk show host, attorney, and television news anchor who currently hosts The Megan Kelly Show, a podcast that airs daily on SiriusXM.

Kelly previously co-hosted America’s Newsroom with Bill Hemmer and hosted America Live. The two reporters anchored Fox News Channel’s New Year’s Eve specials from 2007 through 2012. From October 2013 through January 2017, Kelly hosted The Kelly File.

Kelly began presenting her own two-hour afternoon show, America Live, on February 1, 2010, replacing The Live Desk. She appeared on Fox News’ late-night satirical show Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld as a guest panelist. Kelly was set to present a one-hour prime-time special for Fox in March 2016, in which she would interview personalities from the fields of “politics, entertainment, and other areas of human interest.”

Kelly joined NBC News in January 2017 after leaving Fox News. In September 2017, she began anchoring Megyn Kelly Today, which is the third hour of the morning show Today. After a piece about blackface, the show was canceled in October 2018.
