Leigh Mills is an American news journalist currently working for NBC 15  News as an evening news anchor and reporter. She anchors the 4 pm and 6 pm newscasts on NBC 15. Mills worked at WOUB-TV in Athens, Ohio as a reporter, anchor, and producer.

Mills has a long history of working with area non-profits, such as Dane County Boys, NAMI, and Girls Club, The National MS Society, The Clean Lakes Alliance, Madison Ballet, Domestic Abuse Intervention Services, the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, and the Madison Area Down Syndrome Society.

Mills has also served at a Government Channel in Athens where she was the host of an election show. She used to cover the city government news.
