Kelly Simek is an American journalist working for KHON2 as a reporter, broadcast meteorologist, and weather anchor. She is the weather anchor for KHON2 News Wake Up today.
After graduating from the University of Hawaii Manoa, Simek began her professional career as an intern with the KITV4 More Local News team in Honolulu. Kelly stayed at the station for five months after finishing her internship. She got a break in Honolulu after the KHON-TV station gave her a new job as a weather anchor and reporter.
Simek now works for the KHON2 network as a weather reporter and anchor for the Wake-Up 2-day show, as well as a Morning News Co-Anchor for the Take2, show alongside Kristine Uyeno.
