After being convinced to audition for a presenting job on a San Antonio morning program, the aspiring entrepreneur leaped television. Jennifer was persuaded to send a video application to QVC again sometime later. She finally packed her belongings and moved her life and profession to the QVC studios in New York State after a series of face-to-face auditions. In 2011, she started working for QVC.

She has an upbeat and entertaining presentation style, and she and her co-host Kerstin Lindquist are frequently seen advertising various items.
