Jalen Johnson is an American professional basketball player. He plays for the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He also played college basketball for the Duke Blue Devils.
Johnson began his basketball career at Sun Prairie High School, where he played high school basketball for two years. He was transferred to Nicolet High School in Glendale, Wisconsin after his sophomore year. In 2020, he was chosen to play in the Jordan Brand Classic. Unfortunately, the game was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
He began his college basketball career playing for the Duke Blue Devils. He declared for the 2021 NBA draft on February 2021 forgoing the remainder of the season, ending his college career.
