Erin Guy is a morning news reporter from the United States who now works for WPBF News in South Florida. After three years at KOCO, WPBF 25’s sister station in Oklahoma City, Ms. Guy joined the WPBF 25 News family in 2011.
Erin started her career in journalism on the West Coast in Medford, Ore. South Florida viewers wake up to Erin every weekday from 4:30-7 am on WPBF 25 News Mornings and on WPBF 25 News at 9:00 am. She joined the WPBF 25 News family in 2011 after working three years at KOCO, WPBF 25’s sister station in Oklahoma City.
Growing up in Monticello, Indiana. Erin always dreamed of becoming a journalist. In college, she earned a basketball scholarship at IUPUI (Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis) and her degree in Communication Studies and Journalism.
She enjoys playing golf, exploring new restaurants, and occasionally squeezing in a workout. When not at work she is likely spending time with her husband, daughter Thea, and Yorkie Ellie.
