Elma Aksalic is an American journalist working as a national news anchor at One America News Network (OANN). She began working at OAN in September 2017 and has now been with the organization for three years. She served as a sideline reporter at Spectrum before joining One America News Network.
During her college years, Aksalic started her first job at Today’s Zaman. She worked as a Journalism Intern there, where she collaborated with many senior columnists to write collaborative articles for the Print Edition as well as the Online version every day and week.
For one of the adjacent news offices, she held a conference with Sergey Korsunsky. Aksalic left Today’s Zaman in July 2014 after a three-month stint there.
Elma joined the Times Union in 2015 as a part-time Journalist, where she was in charge of writing engaging and really correct Neighbourhood stories for the university’s weekly print and online editions.
She later joined Spectrum News as a Sports channel Intern in 2017, where she secured games, tournaments, and question-and-answer sessions at the elementary and secondary school levels.
Elma was also in charge of the substance of on-air broadcasts and meetings. She went on to work as a sideline columnist for Spectrum News after college, covering various games in the tri-state area.
Aksalic joined One America News Network as a news anchor in September 2017. She is currently conducting a variety of programming for OAN, ranging from breaking news to political debates to ground announcing, among other things.
