Don Roberts is an American journalist working for WAVY-TV as a news anchor and reporter. He co-anchors  WAVY News 10 Today and WAVY News 10 Midday. Before joining WAVY-TV, Don worked for radio station WRAP-AM as a  news and production director.

Roberts has been an integral part of WAVY-TV as an anchor and news reporter for more than three decades, commencing his tenure in 1989. A mainstay of the station, he co-anchors an impressive 5 1/2 hours of daily news programming, initially helming Hampton Roads’ highly regarded morning broadcasts: WAVY News 10 Today and WAVY News 10 Midday.

Prior to his time at WAVY-TV, Roberts served at WRAP-AM, showcasing his skills as a news and production director for the radio station. Beyond his broadcast career, he ventured into writing, penning his book “Rap To Live By,” a creation that first hit shelves in 1993.
