Among her more memorable assignments were traveling to China to cover the story of the Panda exhibit at the Toledo Zoo; going to Israel for a history-making visit by the WNIT Champion University of Toledo Rockets, and being in Washington for President Bill Clinton’s first inauguration.

She also a one-on-one interview with President Barack Obama during his run for re-election in 2012 and dinner at the White House with a group of journalists at the invitation of President Donald Trump in 2017.

Diane has moderated a number of political debates which were broadcast live on 13abc and in some cases, live nationwide on C-SPAN. And she had the exciting opportunity to report on the red carpet at the Oscars.

She’s helped raise tens of millions of dollars for local organizations like the Juvenile Diabetes Research Founding, The Muscular Dystrophy Association, Taste of the Nation Toledo, and ZESToledo which are programs that help eliminate childhood hunger in our community.
