Dan Noyes is an American journalist, news anchor, and reporter who currently works at ABC7 News in San Francisco as the station’s chief investigative reporter. Prior to joining ABC7, he worked at both ABC News Washington and CNN.

In 1981, Dan began his career as a reporter at the CNN Bureau in Washington, DC. He worked as a producer and news correspondent for CNN, reporting from the White House and the State Department. Noyes is the ABC7 News I-chief Team’s investigative reporter in San Francisco. He has won a slew of prizes in the industry, including 15 Emmys.

Dan has worked on presidential campaigns, followed a suspected Nazi war criminal to Germany, probed the murder of near-extinct black rhinos in Zimbabwe, and exposed a Bay Area priest accused of sexually abusing hundreds of children. The priest was ultimately found guilty and sentenced to prison. Before joining ABC7 News, he worked for CNN, ABC News in Washington, D.C., and many television news magazines.
