Carl Paul Nassib is an American football defensive end for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He has also played for Cleveland Browns from 2016 to 2017 and Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2018 to 2019.

Nassib began his football career while in high school at Malvern Preparatory School. He was a three-year letterman in football. He played as an offensive tackle and defensive end. He also played college football for Penn State Nittany Lions football.

Carl played in 10 games as a sophomore in 2013. He recorded 12 tackles and one sack. As a junior, he appeared in all 13 games and had seven tackles and one sack. In 2015, he was named the Big Ten Nagurski-Woodson Defensive Player of the Year.
