Betty Liu is a Chinese-American Executive, journalist, news anchor, author. She is the Executive Vice Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange and the Intercontinental Exchange’s Chief Experience Officer. Liu joined the NYSE Group after ICE acquired her ed-tech startup, Radiate.
Liu’s illustrious career in financial journalism is marked by a series of impressive roles and significant contributions to the industry.
Her journey began as a regional correspondent for Dow Jones Newswires based in Hong Kong, where she quickly rose to prominence and became the Taiwan Bureau Chief, earning the distinction of being the youngest in that role.
