Zac Blair Wikipedia

Blair competed as an amateur in the 2013 Web.com Tour Qualifying School, achieving the Final Stage and gaining limited Web.com Tour eligibility. Blair joined the PGA Tour Latinoamérica in March 2014 after going professional. He participated in seven tournaments, making the cut six times and placing in the top ten three times.

He competed in eight Web.com Tour events, earning seven cuts and qualifying for the Web.com Tour Finals, including a T-2 finish at the Price Cutter Charity Championship. After missing the cut in his first three events, he finished second at the Web.com Tour Championship to earn his PGA Tour card for the 2014–15 season.

Blair’s best PGA Tour finish is a solo third place at the 2016 Sony Open in Hawaii. He has competed in three major tournaments: the 2014 U.S. Open, where he finished T-40, the 2016 PGA Championship, and the 2019 U.S. Open, where he failed to make the cut. Blair was disqualified from the 2016 Wells Fargo Championship after hitting himself in the head with a putter and continuing to use it. 

He only made 11 cuts in 20 PGA Tour events throughout the 2018 season. He won $330,507 and finished 170th in the FedEx Cup over the course of the season. As a result, he was forced to resign from the PGA Tour. Blair then attempted but failed, to reclaim his card through the 2018 Web.com Tour Finals.

Zac won the Ellie Mae Classic at TPC Stonebrae on the Korn Ferry Tour on August 4, 2019. His PGA Tour card would be reinstated for the 2019–20 season as a result of this victory.
