Yasmeen Hassan is an American news journalist currently working for WBBM CBS Chicago as an anchor and reporter. Before joining WBBM, Hassan worked at KOVR-TV in Sacramento as a reporter. Hassan has also worked at KTNV Channel 13 Action News as a news anchor.
Hassan was born in Egypt and raised in the USA by her loving parents. However, she has not disclosed any further information on her family nor her siblings.He graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies. As an assistant producer, Hassan started her journalism career with Fox News. In 2010, she then started working as a marketing assistant at The Capital Grille.
