Matt Lepay Biography and Wiki
Matt Lepay is an American sportscaster. He has served as the radio voice of the Wisconsin Badgers men’s basketball team since 1988, and the Wisconsin Badgers football team since 1994.
Lepay is currently employed by the university as part of a rights agreement with national college sports broadcasting company Learfield Sports. He also hosts the weekly Badger Sports Report, an all-sports Badger athletics/show coach’s that airs on Fox Sports Wisconsin as well as statewide on local stations such as WISC-TV.
In January 2014, it was announced that he would handle play-by-play for the Milwaukee Brewers television broadcasts on Fox Sports Wisconsin as a replacement for Brian Anderson, who was handling national assignments for Turner Sports, including NBA playoff coverage on TNT and baseball coverage on TBS. Lepay has filled in for Anderson in each subsequent season until 2021.
