Corral appeared in four games as Jordan Ta’amu’s backup during his rookie year at Ole Miss in 2018. He completed 16 of 22 throws for 239 yards, two touchdowns, and one pick. Corral was redshirted as a result of his minimal playing time in 2018.

For the 2019 season, Corral has been designated the team’s starting quarterback. He completed 16 of 24 attempts for 246 yards in a 31–17 win against Arkansas in week 2.

During the game, he set career highs in attempts, passing yards, and completions, earning him SEC freshman of the week honors. Corralled the Rebels to a 4–8 record in his first season as a starter, completing 105 of 178 passes for 1,362 yards, six touchdowns, and three interceptions.

Corral set the school record most touchdowns in a game as a junior in 2021, passing three and rushing for four against the Tulane Green Wave. Corralled the Rebels to a 10–2 record and a Sugar Bowl appearance in his last season at Ole Miss.

Corral finished the season with 258 completions on 378 attempts for 3,333 yards, 20 touchdowns, and four interceptions. Corral announced his plan to declare for the 2022 NFL Draft on November 19, 2021, but will participate in the Sugar Bowl.
