Marla Tellez is an American journalist, reporter, and news anchor who currently works at KTTV-TV (FOX11) in Los Angeles as a news anchor. Prior to joining the FOX11 news team, she worked at KNTV and later at NBC and CBS as a correspondent.
She previously worked as an anchor for KNTV news, a local NBC affiliate in San Jose, California, before moving to Los Angeles.
She had previously worked as a producer and journalist for CBS in San Francisco, as well as an anchor for KOB in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was a news presenter in an episode of the TV show Breaking Bad during her time in New Mexico.
In January 2014, Tellez began working as a news anchor on Good Day L.A., a local Fox morning show in Los Angeles, California. In late May of that year, she was reassigned to KTTV’s early morning news program as co-anchor alongside Tony McEwing.
