Laurent Delahousse is a French journalist and documentary filmmaker working for France 2 as a television host. He hosts the biographical show Un jour, un destin at 11:35 p.m. on Thursdays. and Journal de 20 heures news bulletin at 8:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Delahousse began his career as a political journalist at RTL, France’s number one radio station, in 1994. He joined LCI, TF1’s all-news channel, in 1996. In 1999, he joined M6 as head editor and presenter of the newsmagazine De quel droit? (By what right? ), which was followed by Jour Jour Jour (D-Day).
He has been the co-editor-in-chief and presenter of Secrets de l’actualité since March 2000. (News Secrets). He has also been a presenter for nightly news specials, such as the one on the 2003 invasion of Iraq, since 2001.
