Lee has experience working in a variety of restaurants as well as gourmet food and wine stores. She assisted in the opening of Jeff and Eddy’s Restaurant in 2003, where she worked as the house fishmonger. Lee and his partner Aleishall Girard founded the gourmet website OliveAndPeach.com in July 2005. In September 2006, the website was no longer updated.
