Collett joined WAVY-TV 10 and FOX 43 in August 2007. She came in as a weekend reporter. After good progress, she was promoted to the morning anchor position in 2012. Today, she anchors the morning and afternoon news. During the weekends, she WAVY News 10 Today between 4:30 and 7 a.m, WAVY News 10 at 7 a.m on FOX43 from 7-9 a.m, and WAVY News 10 Midday from 12-1 pm.
