Jason Marks is an American journalist, reporter, and news anchor who currently works at KCRA as a reporter. Prior to joining KCRA, the award-winning journalist worked at WAVY-TV 10 in Virginia as a reporter.
Jason was most recently employed at WAVY TV 10 in Virginia. He covered everything from the Virginia Tech tragedy to every hurricane that has hit the northeast side of North Carolina, in the last decade.
He also investigated a Chesapeake OB-GYN who was found guilty of doing unneeded procedures on his patients for more than a year. Jason previously worked at WHNT in Huntsville, Ala., and WBBJ in Jackson, Tenn., before joining WAVY.
Marks is a winner of Eight Regional Emmy Awards, one Edward R. Murrow Award, and multiple Virginia Association of Broadcasters and Virginia Associated Press Awards.
