Jacey Birch is an American award-winning journalist who anchors traffic and weather news for WPLG/ Local 10 News Mornings each weekday from 4:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. She is also an animal advocate for Local 10’s investigative team.
Her first job was with WBOY in Clarksburg, West Virginia, where she anchored the weekend newscast. After six months, she took her next job at WDBJ in Roanoke, Virginia, where she anchored the daily weather reports and entertainment stories in Star City.
Birch then joined WZTV in Nashville, Tennessee where she anchored the weekend weathercasts and reported from the field. She then came back home by way of Local 10 in January 2004. She has spent the past 16 years reporting and anchoring, as well as covering weather and traffic news.
