Grant Johnston is an American journalist currently working for NBC 5 in Dallas Fort Worth as a morning meteorologist. Before joining NBC 5, Grant worked at KFOR TV NBC as a meteorologist.
Grant began his career as a meteorologist in KMIZ TV in February 1999. He then moved to KY3 Inc. (KYTV) as a meteorologist. In 2002, he joined KFOR TV as a meteorologist. In March 2010, Johnston joined KXAS-TV NBC5 as a meteorologist. He presents the weather forecasts every weekday from 4:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. for the morning show.
