Erin Blanchfield is an American MMA fighter who currently competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Flyweight division (UFC). She won the Eddie Bravo Invitational for the first time.
Blanchfield began training in jiu-jitsu at the age of seven and began competing in kickboxing and grappling tournaments two years later. She decided at the age of 12 that she wanted to be a professional fighter.
Blanchfield previously fought for Fighting Championships and had a 1-0 record before signing with Invicta Fighting Championships. She made her Invicta FC 30 debut on March 17, 2018, against Brittney Cloudy. She won the fight by a unanimous decision.
Her next fight was against Kay Hansen at Invicta FC 32 on November 16, 2018. She won the fight by unanimous decision. Blanchfield returned to Invicta on February 7, 2020, when she faced Victoria Leonardo at Invicta FC 39. She dropped Leonardo with a head kick in the second round before punching her way to a technical knockout victory.
