Courtney Friel is an American journalist, news anchor, reporter, and model who currently works at KTLA-TV News in Los Angeles. She previously worked at KTTV as well as other local stations including Fox News Channel.
In addition to her work at KTTV, Friel was also the entertainment correspondent at Fox News Channel before moving to Los Angeles, contributing to a number of entertainment-related programs for the network’s website. Thereafter, on November 22, 2011, she moved to Fox News’ Los Angeles Bureau.
Friel is currently working at KTLA-TV in Los Angeles as a reporter. She previously worked as an entertainment reporter for Fox’s Los Angeles station KTTV, as well as other local stations and the Fox News Channel. She also presented GameStop/EBGames’ “EB TV,” a show that featured new and upcoming video games. She co-hosted Court TV’s The Saturday Night Solution before that.
