Chatman began her journalism career at WVUA 90.7 The Capstone in Tuscaloosa as a Radio Personality. She delivered the news, sports, and weather reports. She then joined WVUA TV in March 2013 as a news intern. Bria joined ABC 33/40, Birmingham in May 2015 as a News Intern.
