Aixa Diaz is a beautiful and talented American news journalist currently working for Washington Bureau as a morning correspondent. Previously, she worked as an anchor and reporter at WESH in Orlando, FL.
Diaz specialized her career and report coverages around national and international stories. She also covered the Virginia Tech massacre and the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Afterward, she was among the reporters who covered the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver.
Most noteworthy, Aixa provided the report coverage of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Before coming to WESH TV, she worked both as a news anchor and reporter for WXII-TV in Winston-Salem, N.C. She was also hired by Hearst Television sister station, WPTZ-TV, as an anchor in Plattsburgh, N.Y.
In addition, Diaz did an internship at WCVB-TV Hearst Television station while still in college. It is known that she has been reporting, anchoring, writing, and producing television news stories for nearly 20 years. She is also a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
